Ariana Grande is preparing to enter a fresh chapter in her music career.
The pop superstar will release her eighth studio album, Petal, on Friday, July 31, 2026.
It will be Grande’s first full-length album since completing her major acting work in the Wicked films. It also arrives two years after her previous studio album, Eternal Sunshine.
Fans have already received a taste of the project through the lead single, “Hate That I Made You Love Me.”
The song features gentle pop melodies, electronic sounds and production from Grande and her longtime collaborators Ilya Salmanzadeh and Max Martin.
Grande has described the album’s theme as one of growth and resilience. The title represents something beautiful continuing to grow through difficult conditions.
